I became an Executive Coach in 2022 and set up Clarity Coaching With Louise to forge direct, meaningful connections with individuals in pursuit of lasting change. With a background in psychology and almost 15 years working across HR and Talent Management, I leverage my experience and expertise to support your journey towards career fulfilment. 


I’m driven to help you take on the major challenges holding you back in your career. I can support you to shift your mindset, get unstuck from a lacklustre career, overcome Misalignment Burnout, re-connect to your true purpose and navigate career transitions.


I firmly believe in the transformative power of solution-focused coaching. My approach is to foster an empathetic, open environment based on deep listening, where you are invited to show up as your authentic self and explore your thinking with a partner who truly cares about your future success.
